App stores & payment processors

Budget Clan never handles money directly. Every paid subscription and AI credit pack is billed, renewed and refunded by the store or processor you bought through. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. All we learn, via RevenueCat, is that a purchase is valid and which tier it grants.

Google Play

Google LLC, Mountain View, California, United States (Google Commerce Limited, Dublin, Ireland, is the seller in many regions). Used for purchases made in the Android app. Data reaching them: your purchase and payment details, held under your own Google account.

Apple App Store

Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California 95014, United States (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, for many regions outside the Americas). Used for purchases made on Apple platforms. Data reaching them: your purchase and payment details, held under your own Apple Account.

Stripe

Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California 94080, United States (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland, for European customers). Used only for purchases made through the web app rather than an app store. Data reaching them: your card or payment details and billing information, processed on Stripe's own systems. These are entered on Stripe's checkout, never on ours.

Where that data lives

Each of these is a United States-headquartered company with a European subsidiary that contracts with customers in the EEA and UK. Payment data is held on their own infrastructure, in the regions described in their privacy policies. Budget Clan has no visibility of or control over it, which is exactly the point: your card details never touch our systems.
